Hostal El Horno - Molinaseca

I can't belive I didn't get a free upgrade, it's like they think everyone is the same. The bed was rather uncomfortable and did not meet my high standards. Plus, I had heard about fantastic meals here but I won't even mention that they lasdted subpar. I'm heartbroken, almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The location was unbeatable, so close to grocery store and the Roman bridge and river, grocery store and restaurants, and the free parking was an excellent bonus. Well-maintained room with the balcony as well as heating, I had everything needed.

It had great and good location just off Spain, the Roman bridge, and the Camino. The staff was great and the owner too. I thoroughly enjoyed the standard double room with heating, the balcony, for instance...

The hostal is in a perfect position just as you enter the main street, and it's so close to the river, only 40 meters away, making for a lovely scenic walk.

The noise from neighboring rooms was a bit noticeable, which could be bothersome for light sleepers.

the room was reasonably large and good little, included good bathroom. the bed was comfy, we appreciated it.

We had a wonderful time. Appreciated the place, it was nice and worked for us. The location was magnificent in the centre and the staff here was amicable. Moreover, it was really close to Molinaseca, camini/ Roman bridge/ riverside beach/ restaurants, and the Camino & restaurants;))

The room was not only beautifully decorated but also spotlessly clean was nice. To top it all off, breakfast was a culinary highlight-the best I've had on my journey-made with local flavors, made every bite nice.

Jose and Mara were hospitable. I got a complimentary room upgrade with a fine view. The place was super clean, and I savored a fantastic traditional Brazilian meal with fellow guests. There's quality coffee in the room, a nice touch 😊

Absolutely Perfect Stay!

Check-in was smooth, and my room provided a lovely retreat after a day of exploring. The location made it easy to enjoy the charming town, and the serene atmosphere after 9 PM was a good bonus. Don't miss the scenic walk by the river just steps away!

Everything was spotless and the little touches like fresh flowers in the room made it feel extra special. I also enjoyed the cozy leisure room for some downtime after a long day. Just a heads up, the noise from neighboring rooms was a bit noticeable, but it didn’t take away from my overall experience! 😊

warm hospitality with delicious food

The couple who runs the place are genuinely kind. The breakfast is a standout, with local flavors that are not to be missed. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room with a refreshing organic scent, free from artificial odors. Waking up to the fine mountain view added to the experience and made my mornings so pleasant.

however, the Wi-Fi connection was somewhat unreliable.

The location was convenient, and our family room was well-equipped, great to enjoy quality time together after a busy day on the Camino.

My wife says that noise from the neighboring rooms could be an issue for families with kids.

This was just a prime choice for an overnight stopping in Molinaseca with reasonable price. The hot water was fantastic after a long day of travel. Bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise from neighbors.
